"Doug E. Damsel" is a Three Spot Damselfish,
Stegastes planifrons, Family: Damselfish - Pomacentridae
Damselfishes are fiercely protective of their little section of coral reef. They're very gutsy little fish -- measuring about 3-5 inches in length. When "Doug E. Damsel" thought I was trying to move into his coral head, he charged me and took a nip at my knuckles. I have no doubt that he would have scared something closer to his own size.
You can differentiate the Threespot damsel from the Cocoa Damsel from the yellow crescent above the eyes of the Threespot. The Cocoa's eyes are surrounded by dark.
